The Works package is best suited for clients interested in building a media business or sustainable digital presence. This package consists of two parts, customized to your specific business needs. We begin with a project deep dive and goal setting. Once established, we move into Phase 1, which consists of a Competitive Analysis, S.W.O.T. Report, Audience Strategy, and a Content Roadmap. Deliverables are executed and reviewed on a weekly basis. Once reviewed, we move into Phase 2, which consists of a deep dive into Launch Strategy, as well as outlining social implementation templates for the team. All components are delivered in presentation deck format, and we'll work with you and your team in a series of strategy sessions to collaborate and lay the foundations for success.
